Parr
is a througherbred elderly gelding. He came to EOI and was within
days of expiring. Fortunately the diagnosis from Bend Equine was
that his liver and kidney functions were not distressed, which is
so often the case. Mentally he appeared to have given up on life.
Through a cautionary and Veterinarian prescribed feeding program,
lots of love and nurturing and hand feeding we were able to restore
him to good health within four months. He now resides at EOI and
has regained his "attitude" and confidence. |
